Hope you've been well with all the health chaos going on. Just wanted to give a quick update as to where I'm at 🙂
I had been trying a pain med for my joints, but it ended up making my gut sick for several days. I've been resting plenty and waiting for my gut to feel better.
I may not make a bloat video this week but may do a physique check in instead.. as well as do a Q&A kinda thing maybe? We shall see, but I def plan to put out a vid this week!
