Been gone a while and catching up; I came to the realization last week that American thanksgiving really only has 3-4 staple foods at 95% or more family thanksgivings. Turkey, stuffing, potatoes (probably mashed), and the maybe is the cranberry sauce. Everything else is a free for all.

Italians have lasagna for the course before the turkey

Stuffing is the goat for me. I also like pecan pie. After that everything else is optional lol

Hey Burnie (and Ashley). Long ago I heard you talk about how you and geoff (or maybe matt) would talk about how yall made these fantastic jalapeΓ±o turkeys, any chance you could share that recipe? I would love to try it!

Alright Burnie, why are you "touching wood" the phrase I've always heard is, "knock on wood" but I'm also in the Midwest πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
