Content Delivery Method Update
Added 2023-02-20 15:03:56 +0000 UTCSo, these are the final poll results.

What's happening next?
tl;dr hybrid delivery content, you still get read-y but you also get it here until we can actually do the exact same things without even the need for you to login - soon posting an index with the epubs/docx/PDF for those who want to catch up through those
I talked with the developer and we agreed to reach feature-parity with Patreon; that means we will develop the following features on top of the existing ones:
- Text editor that will render text in HTML (like RoyalRoad does)
- Different view modes
- Automatic Patreon-like emails when the chapter comes out without the need to login on Read-y. In simpler terms, you get emails with chapters inside without the need to do anything else other than your normal patreon pledge.
In the meanwhile, I've decided that, since the 28% don't like Read-y at all, that I'll be posting the chapters here. For those before chapter 64 (chapter coming out today) I'll provide docs in a new index. For the future ones, they're just going to be there like normal posts alongside Read-y's mobile-optimized PDFs.
Once the features are developed, we'll run another appreciation poll. We'll do a hard switch only if the 'unbearable' coefficient goes ~5%.
I'll be updating/overhauling the Patreon descriptions/posts next.
Thank you all for participating to the poll! Your opinion was heard!

I think that the least considered benefit is that I usually wait 6-7 days to read my subs and I often have to scroll down emails to check which chapters I read last. With read-y, I could just look at the index. And God forbid if your read posts on Patreon--impossible to keep track of.

2023-02-25 09:31:25 +0000 UTCI find that I like read-y as a way to catch up on patreons that I am very behind in...

2023-02-22 20:31:54 +0000 UTCI'm fine with this. Ready can be good, and I honestly wouldn't mind it if it offered something over patreon does, which it would if you hit feature parity and also had a better index feature than what Patreon allows.
