On the first switch...
Added 2021-03-15 13:50:49 +0000 UTCUfff, 6 chapters behind us. The first act of Pauline's drama. ;) I planned to make it in 5 chapters, but writing fiction is not always about planning. But it's an important milestone.
It took me 7 months to be at this moment of the story. I based it somehow on the short story I wrote in 2017 (it's in Polish, so I won't give you the link ;) ), but it was just a draft. I like the way Martha and Olivier developed - I think I used the spotlight to make quite complex characters. Chapter 6 is a switch between them, one of the game-changers.
The next act I plan for chapters 7-11. As Martha and Olivier were key characters for act 1, act 2 would be some kind of the choice between Carl/Caroline and Justin (however, Justin will not return as an important character until chapter 9 or even 10). It will be a dark story that even could end with the death of one member of the cast. There would be a lot of sex, of course, as we'll get back to the Parity itself after the short break to introduce the whole "Losers' club" members.
2021 is still a rollercoaster for me, so I will see how quickly I will publish the updates. I'm getting married this June, so I hope I will get you June's release in the first week of June. July's update would probably be in the last days of the month. Some quite big publishing house wants me to write a book (non-fiction, thankfully) they want to publish on Halloween, so I will have some deadlines. ;)
Ufff, what a year. :) I'm happy that in chapter 6 there is a scene that was a request of one of the Patrons. The other scenes are suitable for the later chapters. :) But I think that this first scene shows that you really have an influence on this story. :) I really like your suggestions. :)
