Georgia has owned a shabby apartment block in Ordbury City for the past 32 years. She strongly desires an apartment where tenants aren't allowed to make loud noises or disturb her with foolish complaints. All the tenants fear her and always make sure they pay the rent on time, or they will get evicted. Despite her authoritarian nature, she has always shown to be kind-hearted at times.
