BONUS REWARD - SPACE CADET: VOID "manga style" inks?
Added 2017-05-23 03:16:33 +0000 UTCBack in 2015 while I was working on my comic "SPACE CADET: VOID", I played around with the idea of a black and white version that would feature halftones and shades of gray for shading. I guess that was my attempt at a more "manga" flavor.
Anyway, while I liked some of the result, I ended up going for traditional color instead.
Still, I like the starkness of the look and how much the inks sorta pop here. And Byron has always been one of my fave OCs. Drawing this page was particularly... pleasant! ;) Hope you like it too.

Space Cadet was first introduced in 2003, seven years before Jackson first appeared in 2010. I dunno if DC found Space Cadet inspiring, but I've always thought there was something a little "fishy" about the similarity! ;) LOL! In fact, Byron comments on this in Space Cadet #2. HA HA HA! 2017-05-24 03:21:56 +0000 UTCThe precision, the details are astonishing! That public hair on the very last panel is everything: you drawn a sort of pattern, repeated endlessly, gibing the perfect texture. The way you draw cocks is so beautiful WOW!
