Good question, though I can honestly say that Jacko is completely unrelated to either JOn Dazy or Vaygan. But you're right -- they do share the "green pits" syndrome! LOL! XD

Because of his green grassy like pits it reminds of my Jon dazy, the thought crossed my mind they could be related, but I'm probably stretching considering vaygan the seaweed king is also a "green" power user.
