LOVE LOST #2 - page 11 - Pencils... and WIPS!
Added 2017-12-19 18:20:21 +0000 UTCBecause I'm a big dumb-ass, I forgot to scan the pencils BEFORE I started inking... so this is more of a WIPS!
Ah well, you can see how little detail I put into the pencils for this page. I think I was just really excited to get to ink Cam with his cock up his ass! XD
But you can also see what happens when you go too fast? Cam ends up with a freakishly LONG back. It's the sort of thing that looked fine to my eye in pencil, and then I started inking and noticed and was all like "Christ, I'm a HACK!" LOL! XD
Don't worry -- I end up correcting that in the final Inks...

I feel you, I got the same feeling when thinking about the shading with graphite: can't wait to get there for some time now, hehe!

2017-12-31 10:36:58 +0000 UTCI think that's why I spend less and less time on pencils. The inks require so much time, and they are so much fun to work on... I guess I'm always just impatient to get to that stage of the process!
