As a kid, I found him particularly captivating. His costumes have always been rather revealing -- that little skirt thing or the Speedo... and let's not forget those super hot thigh-high boots! YUMM!
It's a bit surprising to me that it's taken me this long to actually draw him, actually. Ah well... better late than never, I say!
