Check out these very rough UNUSED PENCILS from DEIMOS: DEAD OF WINTER #2, page 12. I just dug them up in my PILE of old artwork!
Initially, at the end of the comic, Deimos was supposed to end up "dressed" in monk's clothing, complete with the rosary beads around his neck (and nips, apparently). I think it would have been pretty sexy, but in the end, I chose to show our hero in his much-appreciated "union suit/pajamas" instead by skipping ahead with the story-line.
It's fun digging up these old sketches, especially now that I work strictly in Procreate on my iPad. Seeing my drawings on these comic art boards now feels like such a novelty to me. LOL!
Anyhow, I hope you'll enjoy this little BONUS REWARD. It's all in good fun -- and remember, there's still a lot of new stuff to cum this month, so STAY TOONED!

HA! Deimos would never join those monks. I think the Taro Demon has ZERO tolerance for hypocrisy, and let's face it, those monks were the embodiment of hypocrites. Any flimsy excuse they could come up with to grope that big purple wiener of his was good enough for them. LOL! You're probably right, though -- I'm sure they convinced themselves that their actions were perfectly alright because they were trying to "enlighten" him. Whatever works, I guess! Not that it worked for them long. He kinda kicked their sanctimonious butts in the end! BAH HA HA HA!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Maybe a bunch of Celibate holy monks, who found Deimos full of sin for demonicness, sodomy and man-on-man fornication felt they left of him "full" of holiness enough to teach him their ways. lol. Btw I guess it doesn't count as non-celibacy or the other "sins" they accuse him of since Deimos is a man and/or demon-man and they are "enlightening" him.
