BONUS REWARD - My Sketchbook! 2016 - 2017

I want to apologize for not posting the next "A GIFT FOR KRAMPUS" pages for you, yet. The pages are suuuuper complex, and it's just taking a little longer than planned to get those colors as beautiful and popping as possible. But I promise, NEXT WEEK, the next few pages will be ready to roll! It'll be worth the wait -- trust me!
While you wait, here's a fun BONUS REWARD! These are some pencil sketches I drew in 2016/2017. Some are for comic covers and comic pages, while others are unused and discarded illustrations.
What's cool is that these drawings were all drawn in pencil on artboard, which of course I no longer do since I work strictly digitally now. I don't miss drawing the "traditional" way, but on occasion, it's fun to revisit my old portfolios and art drawers and see what I turn up. Memory lane can be a cool place to visit.
Anyhow, bear with me on the new art and comics for December, Guys -- won't be much longer, and I promise it will be well worth the wait. Meanwhile, I hope you enjoy this little blast from the past BONUS REWARD!

It did indeed. It was used as the back cover for the "Lost Fantasy Hero VS Zahn" comic that Iceman Blue created a few years back. My contribution to the project. I'll see if I can dig up the finished version for you in March and share it here! Glad you enjoyed it, Michael! XOXOX 😘😘

As I mentioned to Tinh Pham, most of these pieces are finished and floating out there, either as comic covers, comic pages etc... but I just thought it would be fun to post the pencils and sketches for a fun "Behind the scenes" look at the art. I'm so happy you liked the post, though. I often hesitate to share older art with you guys. I wouldn't want you to feel like I'm just serving up some leftovers! HA HA HA! Thanks again so much!
