Little known fact. Before getting a job at the Empire Bucks Bank, FELIX worked as a waiter at the JUGGS restaurant in Gateway City. The male waiters are all forced to wear the tiniest, fire engine red thongs, along with knee-high socks and a world-famous "Juggs" restaurant T-Shirt (nipple hole not included, but strongly encouraged -- you get better tips from the customers, especially if you let 'em give you a little lick)!!
