As promised, here is GHOSTBOY "HALLOWEEN NIGHTS" version A in full, spooktacular color!
I decided to color this one all by my lonesome. There's just something about Halloween that inspires me to play with colors, and more specifically, very precise color palettes.
I love the idea of selecting a handful of colors, and using only those few on an illustration. I find the result can be very graphic and visually striking! And for some reason, I'm often inspired to do this around Halloween! LOL! XD
Meanwhile, I have a "NIGHTMARE" version of this piece coming up for you later this month... along with TONS of other HALLOWEEN-THEMED goodies, comics and other treats... so, STAY TOONED for SAMHAIN'S SAKE!!

I already loved the piece from what Iβd seen of the line art, but with the colorsβ¦ WOW!!!! I did not see that coming!!! The pallor of his skin gives the piece such a dark, ominous feel. The blue glow of his suit adds to the ethereal nature of the whole thing. His pose reminds me of those music boxes with the spinning dancer, which, in this instance, adds to the creep factor. πππ Wonderfully done my good sir, Wonderfully Done!
