Thank you so much, my friend. It's so true that the things that inspire us often lead to the creation of wonderful things. I debated this project for a very long time... and I think that maybe the fun I had (and am having) on my X-Men material, AND how well it's been recieved by everyone is what finally convinced me to just do it. You're so right that more obscure characters deserve to be seen and appreciated as well. I've always felt that Alpha Flight is woefully underappreciated by the world at large. My love for these characters is SO STRONG, I just HAD to share that with all of you. All this to say that I hope I do them all justice... I'll certainly give it all I've got! LOL! The way you resonate with these characters was very touching to read, Patrick, it's so wonderful to see you getting to draw your childhood heroes ❤️❤️❤️. And I think it's important to show the more obscure characters like these some love, even just for a change of pace from the big names and heavy hitters. I can tell this is going to be a very special comic, I can't wait to dive in!
