I've been watching youtube content for a long time. I mean this kindly. This is the exact same territory of old vlod sqaud videos that got david in a lot of trouble. Comments and views will reward this unhinged "fun" behavior until you finally take a step back and realize some shit was pretty fucked up (for example when Dirty Dom "pretending" to sleep with the drunk girl who was actually a drunk minor. Everyone peeked in on the room as a joke and then next morning they laughed and said "we're all probably going to jail after this.) Obviously this is an extreme situation, but looking back, can you believe that was posted to YouTube? Can you believe it took years but resulted in a lawsuit? I'm sure the comments feel rewarding, but for the longevity of your career, ya'll need to move with better boundaries in place- it isn't worth someone getting potentially hurt in the long run. Also, as managers to Alyssa (she can say she is fine all day long), if someone put their hands on your employee not once, but twice, it IS your responsibly to put an end to it and (once again) set better boundaries at the bare minimum. You know Danielle slapping her on the chest and yanking her off the couch wasn't right. There is a power dynamic that makes you as managers responsible. If you can't intervene, then learn how to or stop being managers. I genuinely want this channel to succeed, that's why I took my time to write this out. I've just seen these situations on repeat, especially from people with "good intentions" which I believe you have.
