Kleber is based off Rin Suzunoki's bikesuit ( also a blondie ) from Bakuon with a few differences.
BTW, a long time ago I watched Bakuon, fun show, I got hooked even though I don't have the slightest interest in motorcycles...┐(￣ヮ￣)┌
