Back from vacation + Plans for the new Doujinshi... 💪(・∀・💪)💥

Hey people, we're back...!

I hope everyone had a great New Year's Eve... 🍾🥳🎉✨

Not at all feeling well rested, not at all feeling full of energy, but that's how you know you had a fun vacation, because they destroy you...LOL

However, what's left of me is full of motivation and creativity, and that's all we need to keep rolling...!

BTW, I owe you all an apology, I was planning on delivering my first drawing of the year today, but my inbox was so full that I think I'll spend all day today just answering important messages.

Now, about the new doujinshi for this year... ✍😮📚

Unfortunately this year there will be no poll to decide the content of the book. But this is because I think I have a really good script right now, and I really want to get started on this one as soon as possible.

The theme for this doujinshi is going to be our second entry about "Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out" Part #02.

I know Uzaki-chan has fallen in popularity a bit these days, but I also think there's still a fan base out there that would appreciate some more Uzaki content.

But to spice things up and to up the challenge level this project will include the entire Uzaki family. So you'll be able to enjoy the presence of Uzaki-chan, her sister, and her mother in one book...! 🤯🍈🍈🍈🍈🍈🍈✨

The story will be loosely based on the events of episode #9 of the second season of the anime. (So ​​it's going to be a pool episode)

This sounds pretty enticing to me, so I hope this activates a neuron on all of you as well...!

BTW, I'll be changing up my work process a bit this time around, so the book will be drawn over the course of January-February, instead of trying to get it all done in one single month. This way I'll be able to mix in more variety throughout the project.

So you can expect to see more drawings for the SWM and some other personal fanart sprinkled in during the process.

I'm both excited and scared about it TBH.

But I see this as a good sign, it means I haven't gotten lazy and complacent yet and I'm still trying to take on challenges that are beyond my comfort zone.
