Kill Bill is a movie in the Tarantinoverse, so it makes sense narratively that there aren't many cops. Though even that has Michael Parks and his son as a Sheriff and deputy.

My top suggestions would be Django Unchained, which I would understand if y'all didn't want to watch it racial language reasons and Kill Bill 1 and 2. Jackie Brown is prob my 3rd fav after Fiction and Django but I don't know if it would be a great reaction movie. It's great but kind of a slow burn.
