2022-09-08 13:53:22 +0000 UTCI was just thinking about what Aya said, that Wade’s so in love that he probably still carries things that remind him of Peter— and I’m just picturing Wade holding onto all kinds of stuff that Peter left in his apartment or that he forgot somewhere, like shirts or objects or whatever, just stuff that would be unmistakably Peter’s, to Wade’s, because since he’s constantly losing memories and getting messed up in his sense of reality, it’d be easy to forget that they _actually_ dated, that it _was_ real and he _was_ happy, like, he could just slowly start forgetting or start believing that it was all just some messed up fantasy. So Wade picks stuff up, even during the time they were dating, to have physical evidence, proof that he did have Peter, Peter did love him, so whenever he missed him he could just reach to one of his pouches and be reassured. And now he just clings to the stuff, extra hard, because he doesn’t want to forget just yet and he knows those objects are all he got and he won’t get any more.

But someday I will draw why they broke up and brake all your hearts over again.
