I personally have been so unbelievably stressed these last few days, and I’m super worried about my heart because of it. I’ve been having ectopic beats and runs of them like crazy and am worried it may trigger some NSVT or worse. I’m seeing my cardiologist on the 7th so not too far, because I still need to be cleared to go under. My panic disorder has DEFINITELY made things worse. Years of high cortisol levels from a traumatic experience in 2015 are probably what landed me with heart issues almost two years ago
