Are you unaware that an artist can actually face legal action in America for drawing underage characters/people in NSFW situations? I'm aware that they can technically be "aged up" in fanart, but as they are would be problematic, regardless of how long the game has been out.

And ya'll telling people to check ages need to remember that aged-up fan art is a real thing and get over yourselves and stop judging people. Anime and video game characters literally do not age, but that doesn't mean someone is a bad person for liking them and imagining them as they would be if they WERE older. Twisted Wonderland was released in 2020. If it helps you sleep at night, that means if the characters were 16 at release, they'd be 18 now. Problem solved.
