The Vampire woman is a random character, during the stream I mentioned she was some hobo I asked for help for the piece, to not let the joke die, Ruby complemented with the next comment: "She is Volga, the Vampire Seductress from Night District E. Wouldn't really call her a hobo, but she doesn't really have a set "home" either so I mean I guess it works in that sense. But, she can just enthrall gals, and stay the night with them as usual so it's not like that matters much."
