Thanks! + Update/Rant(?)/Ramble

Hello everyone.

First of all I wanted to thank everyone for your support. I really appreciate your trust here.

Second is, I want to try to give a summary of all the stuff that has happened in the past... months/year so you all can have a full context of this little... path of mine.

Before starting, few notes to have any important parties involved and other important contexts.

• G = (Company) The work I was for almost 8 years, it's a relative small company that has been around for like 13+ years by now.
• R = (Person) One of the ex bosses of G, due reasons he got kicked out of the company
• A = (Assurance company) One of the customers of G and eventually from R
• In Mexico, by law there is something called "Aguinaldo" which is an end-year monetary bonus.
• In Mexico, law says that after the first year, one have 6 days of vacations, and 2 years are added afterwards per year, I kind of had like 15 days per year (yeah, Work conditions in Mexico aren't the best.
• Due semi-shady reasons, G paid employees with one part from the company and another from an external source. 
• Please note, I'm not saying G is fully "evil/exploitative", the government doesn't help and many small companies die due the high amount of taxes and other shit they take so in a way let's just say they were trying to survive one way or another.

To the record, I tend to be rather loyal and was trusting that G could survive/growth through the hard times. That may explain some of my decisions. They also helped me at hard times which reinforced this.

• By the end of 2019, G says they would be managing the vacations/days off, instead of people asking for the day, this in order to have a better control with schedules and what not... I've had issues with this multiple times as they don't seem to have a good control overall without the respective party (me) asking for the dates...
• So 2020, the pandemic kicks in, few months the payment was reduced but they let us know in advance (normally 1 or 2).
• By the end of 2020, They told us (employees) that half payment would last for a while (And basically, same hours), also they have no money and that the end year bonus couldn't be given. This was like a chance to many to leave and for the next subsequent months many employees would be leaving as well. I stayed under the condition of having a day off now and then to work on commissions and make up for what they weren't paying.
• Around October/November 2021 I got a massive burnout which left me unable to draw for at least a couple of months.
• Through few times, R have asked me to help him with few projects and even tried to hire me himself, I mentioned this to my company and they finally decided to offer the pay upgrade and the empty promise of more flexible time
• December, The end year bonus never arrived, I wasn't mentioned about a delay here nor anything. Not only that, but again they weren't managing the vacations properly plus took off from the days I asked to compensate for the lack of proper payment. I also received what I thought was the end year bonus which was rather lower than expected, and eventually got told that that money was a "thanks" for my services...
• At this point, the G pretty much consumed all the loyalty I had decided to leave, on January 13th 2022 I presented/announced my leave, but mentioned I would help finished the current project.
• By March 10th I am able to finally quit G, They still owe me money BTW
• One week later I decide to help R with a couple of projects which have ended taking far more time due the meetings, unexpected errors, and other stuff.

So in short as things stand now, I'm on the second project with R, it should've been finished but have been dragged more than necessary, hopefully in the next week or 2 the project is properly finished and I'll be able to work far more on commissions/art

Why I haven't been able to properly work on stuff?

• For what I've noted, I can't comfortably draw while having pending stuff (Meetings, or have to do work)
• Also, it has happened that I started streaming and had to end it earlier because got mail asking to solve something
• Been too tired to work on comms due general accumulated frustration

So basically, normally weekends kept being my day to work on stuff overall sadly.

BUT... Things like the project is finally reaching it's conclusion and I'll finally be able to focus on art more.

I have a f-ing lot of stuff I want to do, from learning Blender and Moho animation, Few fanarts (Hololive), own projects and of course, commissions and what not.

Anyways, tomorrow early I will be posting the suggestion queue for those in the 3 USD tier. I want to wait a full day so payments are better processed.
