Otis's Bio
Otis Durham is Elias Smith's personal security officer. Wherever Elias goes, Otis is not far behind. Formerly a gym owner and semi-pro boxer, Otis began working for Elias after the real estate mogul purchased the city block where his gym was located... before it was razed and turned into a tower of condominiums.
