Do NOT download!
If you downloaded it, delete immediately!
If you loaded the game with it installed, delete AND run a virus/malware scan.

Unfortunately, I had to temporarily remove all of MSQSims mods from the mod list until we find out what the hell is going on. I’ll add them back when I’m 100% sure they’re safe and everything has been sorted out.

Please do not harass MSQSims over this. I don’t believe she has anything to do with this. If she did, I believe that she would’ve listed the infected mod as updated in her mod tracker so that more people would download it.

In the meantime, I’m going to echo what Kuttoe suggested and advise not to download any mods from TSR until everything gets sorted out. Additionally, be extra careful when downloading anything from TSR, Curseforge, and MTS. Since whoever this piece of shit is, has hit all three of them.

Honestly, at this point I think it may be best to only update from known/trusted creators through their own websites and patreons. Any site that hosts multiple creators like MTS, TSR, etc I’d be highly suspicious of right now.

I know that’s not fair to the creators that are completely innocent. Unfortunately, that’s just where we are right now.

TL:DR – Delete and run a virus scan if you installed and loaded your game with the Weather and Forecast Cheat Menu and/or Seasons Cheats Menu mods by MSQSims on TSR.
