Hey everyone! I hope you're all doing well :)

Yes, I'm still here and active. Unfortunately, due to real life I haven't been able to put much as much time into modding as I'd like to. I am still modding when I can though.

I've got a few things for you to look forward to...

Upcoming Mod Updates

Keep in mind some of these are subject to change, but these are my current plans.

SimCity Loans Changes/Additions include:

• No more loan packets
• Sims can Apply for Loan on the phone in addition to the computer.
• Sims can make loan payments on their phone and computer.
• Make custom payments, must pay a minimum of 1% of the amount owed.
• New loan amount §750,000
• Repo-man visit if you go 1 week without making a payment.

Allowance Mod Additions

• Allowance versions will be merged. You'll be able to choose the amount you want to give your Teen/Child.

New Mods are in the works!

I have three new mods in the making. Since they're still in the early stages, I'm not going to give any information on what they are until I'm closer to completing them. 

Diamond Tier patrons, you'll be receiving some sneak peaks for them soon!

When they're ready to go, these new mods will be in Early Access for 1 week.

Great, so when can we get all of these new shiny things!?

I'm not going set any of these updates/projects in stone. I don't like to set dates because I never know what's going to happen between now and then. I do hope to have them released before the end of the year (at least the updates and 2 of the new mods).

I am almost done with the SimCity Loans update, so I'm hoping to get that released to you before the end of the month. I haven't started on the Allowance Mod update yet, but that shouldn't take long either. It's just a process of getting to it.

Again though, no set dates! Just know I will get everything released as soon as I can.
