Added 2024-11-18 14:00:12 +0000 UTCClara's titular expedition is coming to its conclusion, and we see our heroine having truly adapted to her surroundings. She has pried open the secrets of the jungle and assimilated them, adapting them to her own needs as few can. Now, however, wonderful as the jungle is, she seeks to leave this place and once again rejoin polite society. To that end, she is exploring the island's northernmost extermities, what will she find? Who can say?
I was getting the hang of drawing jungley trees by this point in the story, and I'm pretty happy with Clara's pose here. There are always some screws that could be tightened, but I do like to focus on the positive when I can.
