2019-11-05 04:14:10 +0000 UTCMay I also recommend, if you haven’t already read it, OCCULT AMERICA by Mr. Horowitz? I found it to be a good overview of the history of mysticism in the U.S.. It includes a founder of a religion who originally made money from Seances and, no, it’s not Mr. Hubbard.
