作品解説 / Commentary

Skebに依頼がきたときまずは依頼文をしっかり読んで、添付データを確認し、必要な資料を集めてから構図を考えます。

When I receive a request from Skeb, I first read the request carefully, check the attached data, and gather the necessary materials before I compose the image.

デッサン人形の写真を撮ってポーズを決めます。

撮影環境がかなり適当ですが写真トレスをして人形に頼りすぎると実際の人体と違う間接周りとかが上手く描けないので、あくまでポーズと陰影の参考程度に使います。

Take a picture of the drawing doll and decide on the pose.

The shooting environment is quite appropriate, but it is not good to rely too much on photographs, so this is just a reference for the pose and shading.

太ももとお尻にフォーカスした構図というオーダーだったので、ちょうどその部分が手前かつ画面の中心に来るように配置しました。

キャンバスはTwitterでサムネイルが途切れない比率にしました。

The order was for the composition to focus on the thighs and buttocks, so I placed them in the foreground and in the center of the image.

The canvas was set to a ratio that would not be interrupted by thumbnails on Twitter.

最初にシルエットだけでラフを描いて全体のバランスを考えます。

こんな構図は今まで描いたことが無かったので苦戦しましたが、何事も挑戦が大事。

同じような絵ばかり描いていてはつまらないので、思いついたことはできるだけ試そうと思っています。

First, I drew a rough sketch with only a silhouette to consider the overall balance.

I had never drawn a composition like this before, so I struggled with it, but it is important to try everything.

It is boring to keep drawing the same kind of pictures, so I try to experiment as much as I can with whatever comes to mind.

差分が必要になるので全裸と着衣両方描きます。

キャラのイメージに合わせて筋肉質な身体を意識しつつ、お尻とふとももは柔らかそうな感じ。目の方向でフォーカスポイントに視線誘導（の、つもり）

I will draw both nude and clothed, as the difference will be necessary.

The buttocks and thighs are soft, while the body is muscular, in keeping with the character's image.I used the direction of the eyes to guide the viewer's gaze to the focus point (or so I thought).

Melodyさんを過去2回skebで描かせていただいた中で、ピョコッと飛び出た上まつ毛がチャームポイントであろうと思っています。

I have drawn Melody twice in the past, and I think her upper eyelashes poking out are her charm point.

キャラの描き分けは目元の形状で決まると思っているので、クライアント様のイメージに似せるために特に意識しています。

I believe that the shape of the eyes determines how a character is drawn, so I am conscious of such things in order to make them resemble the client's image.

差分を作るのにあまり慣れていないので描く順番がめちゃくちゃになりました。

すごく非効率的でしたがこれもまた１つの学びです。ZetCはSkebの依頼の度に成長します。

The order of the drawings was a mess.

It was very inefficient, but it was another learning experience.

Tシャツ姿の差分はオーダーに無かった気がするけど制作過程で出来たのでオマケとして添付しました。

（ZetC Skebでは今後ともオーダー以上のオマケがあるかどうかは約束できませんのでご注意ください。今回は偶然の産物です。）

I don't think the picture of her wearing only the t-shirt was in the order, but it was made during the production process, so I've attached it as a bonus.

キャラのイメージカラーとしてマゼンタの差し色が印象的なので、上着のカラーリングに使用しました。

The magenta insert is impressive as her image color, so we used it for the coloring of the jacket.

服の差分を合わせて完成！

脚がキレイに描けてよかったです。そして以前の依頼の時と比べてもMelodyさんの顔が更に可愛く描けたと思うので気に入っています。

Finished by matching the differences in the clothes!

I'm glad I was able to draw her legs so beautifully.And I like it because I think I was able to draw Melody's face even cuter than in the previous commission.

途中まで足の指の本数が足りないのを見落として最後に慌てて付け足しているのがバレてしまう。

逆に言えば最後はちゃんと作画ミスが無いか確認してから提出しているということです。ご安心ください。

It's obvious that he overlooked the missing number of toes until halfway through and added them in a hurry at the end.

Conversely, at the end, I do a proper self-check to make sure there are no drawing mistakes before submitting the work.

有料記事を出すタイミングを失いつつあります。
