ANIMATING A MONSTER!

Here is a breakdown of all the stages I use to turn a few simple thumbnail drawings in to a fully animated and coloured shot with effects!

More soon :)

ANIMATING A MONSTER!

That little trick you did to add a stagger worked so great, so simple but effective

Ashley Treacy

Details are like piranha. One or two is fine to look after but too many will eat you alive! Hee!

Trevor Bond

Haha! Yes, that is my approach totally! You kinda go nuts otherwise :)

Harry Partridge

Thank you kindly, Jacob!

Harry Partridge

Thank YOU Alejandro! More of this soon :)

Harry Partridge

Amazing work, Harry! =)

Jacob Tucker

This is so cool. Thanks Harry!!! <3

I like how you take the Ralph Bakshi approach to the number of teeth, lol. "Is the gun supposed to have detail or not Ralph?" "In some shots, but others we didn't worry about it."

Trevor Bond

Thanks Matt. My bad on the audio, I used OBS for recording audio instead of doing a separate track in post. Will fix next time.

Harry Partridge

I love Ghostbusters, so that totally works for me!

Harry Partridge

Loved watching this! Just for the future: you might wanna turn your microphone up when you record these things (or even bump up the gain after the fact), cuz i had my volume at 100% and it was still a little hard to hear you at some points.

Matt Connor

Yes, I thought that. Some people also have mentioned Squigs from Warhammer. I'm going to alter the colours based on this feedback.

Harry Partridge

Practical or not, it's gonna get used! Thanks Brian!

Harry Partridge

Don´t know why but this monster gives me a ghosbusters vibe. Awesome job by the way!!

Chris Calo

reminds me of a slog from the Oddworld games.

Anthony Luetmer

I am really digging this, also I swear it is practical as a weapon. More realistic than a gunsword.

Thank you, Kloud!

Harry Partridge

Terrific work as always Harry!
