I've estimated and missed several release dates for this one, but I'm so very close now... just lipsync and a few "goo effects" are to be finished.
I won't lie, it's been tough. The question of "Is several months of work for a 3 minute short worth it??" has buzzed through my skull numerous times. The bigger question of "Should I have just gone dark for 12 months and tried to squeeze out Episode 4???" Has rattled around in there too (not that I could have afforded to do that).
But there is method to my madness... I hope. A new cartoon releasing, even a sub-episode like this one, will give the Patreon a little boost, and can/will also be used to re-advertise the graphic novel and some new merchandise that can help grow my little operation here.
You know I want to tell bigger and better stories. I'm still in the fight.

Hey Paul. The funny thing is somebody else asked me this today in person. My answer is that I think I'll probably continue on my own for another year to wrap up the projects I need to finish (Starbarians Episode 4, maybe another comic). I'm interested in pitching a show down the line but I have other obligations to wrap up first.
