Charge Up Front

This does not effect existing patrons! Unless you decide to switch tiers, then I think it will charge you straight away for the new tier.
There's been a lot of sign-ups that then cancel before they're charged. Presumably to browse and download what they can without paying.
I feel like I make enough public posts for people to make an informed decision to join or not.
If charging-up-front scares away people who weren't going to pay anyway, I'm okay with that. If it brings in a few more bucks, that's more stuck content for everyone! It's win-win!
