Summary: Being the pony of generosity, Rarity was all too happy to host the New Year's party, but Fluttershy's new high profile relationship, a certain tatty old ornamental saddle, and ample alcohol, sees the past resurface in the midst of the drunken frivolity, forcing Rarity to confront some bleak inner truths, and question the value of everything that has come to define her.
