Status update! Dev Blog #03

So a quick run down on what we've been working on this week. (Also thinking of change the "Status Update" title to just "Dev Blog #xx" since I'm planning to do these weekly now.)

Voodoo Monkey - Art Assets 

I've been bouncing around on different art assets and doing admin work for the project.  Sadly, I did not get as much art assets created as I wanted to this week.  Some personal stuff came up which threw my schedule off.  I'm planning to makeup for my loss in production this weekend.

Pale Horse 

Pale horse has been killing it this week.  He's put on his exterminator hat in excitement for the new Terminator movie and has been terminating a ton of bugs.  With the code restructuring, as expected, there's been a ton of new bugs and open loops that have shown up.  But it's all for the better.  Under the hood, it's going to be a brand new game essentially.  To the player, it'll look the same for the most part.  All of the magic behind the curtains though will now allow for proper quest tracking and notifications in game of new/completed tasks; hints system as well.  Pale Horse is working on a day/night cycle which in the future will start attributing to exhibitionist scenes at night.  In game proto-menu's are in place and working.  They're not the final design but they'll at least allow proof of concept and getting the mechanics working.
