Ya know, another solution is to just watch it from the original streaming link. That will work indefinitely, but f the download doesn’t work.

This has happened with past downloads from you or your site. I'm beginning to think that my browser (Firefox) might be the problem. Whether it is or is not, I still can't seem to download your concert. Is there anyway I could get some help? I know there is someone I'm supposed to contact within your site, but I could not identify any sort of link to her on your site. And considering I've seen it in the past, that means I'm just looking in the wrong areas. I'm very frustrated and not very computer adept. So, I'm frustrated and I'm lost. Thank you for your time.
