May Patron Fic Pick!

Since the beginning of these monthly Patron FIc Picks, I've stuck to a genre by genre posting system. This month, I'm going to test out something a bit different and offer you, my beloved patrons, a series of fics from a multitude of genres but with one central theme: their main character. And who better to start with bu the pony who was the first ever to appear on my YouTube channel waaaay back in 2013: Octavia Philharmonica.

1.   Fallout: Equestria - Vinyl and Octavia's Story by psp7master 

 A story of two mares, whose love didn’t end when the world did. Based on the world of Fallout: Equestria by Kkat.  This is a short story set in wartime Equestria, depicting some points in the life - one for two - of Octavia Philharmonica and Vinyl Scratch. They struggle, they overcome - and they lose. Because war takes everything. But if war never changes, then neither does love. 

2.   Ode to a Dreamer by Fenwolf2003

Octavia tries to repair the bridge between herself and her little sister Lyra after years apart. 

3.   Proposal in C Major by BlazzingInferno

 Octavia Melody finally hit the big time: a gig at the Grand Galloping Gala. Then Pinkie Pie happened. Can her special somepony salvage the evening? 

4.  Interlude by Pale Horse

 Octavia: Prodigy. Virtuoso. Artist. And, no matter how much she wants to deny it, Pie. 'Dear Big Sister. I miss you. Please come home. I'll be waiting for you.'

5.   One Night at Fluttershy's by PaulAsaran

Octavia is looking for a new home in Ponyville and decides to check out Vinyl's available space. Of course, she would happen to come to town right when a major storm's about to hit, and that storm would drop a whole tree on Vinyl's home. Seeing their situation, Fluttershy kindly offers them shelter. That might not have been the best solution. Can Fluttershy help these two musicians get along, or is a new storm about to form inside her cottage?
