Otter tale Build 5

A lot of changes here. This is the biggest chapter so far. But there'll also be bugs. Please tell me if anything breaks, and what place in the story it happens.

-Added chapter 4

-Resolution has been fixed. It's no longer blurry

-Fixes Lag on game startup, Loading from save files will freak the game a bit, I'm looking into it.

I'm gonna look into getting a mac device so I can export to it. I'm not gonna pay full price for a new computer though. But right now furry migration is on.

Rewards aren't pausing this time. I will only be there on Saturday, so I have time to do them. Say hi if you find OTTER.

I think I'll just stick to visual novels from now on. But that doesn't mean otter tale is the only one I'll be doing. I do get tired of sticking to one thing for too long. So expect more one-shot stories and experimental stuff.
