the renpy web feature is still in beta so do not expect an experience as good as the local download one, that being said this is excellent for those with IOS devices and no access to a regular PC/Mac

Are you sure you're downloading the latest version? Try also choosing always the the first option in all dialogues to reach the route that's currently in development
