God I couldn't imagine hearing the news at the time of it being cancelled, honestly loving this series so much the audio book have been great to, loving the first person perspectives and hearing inner thoughts of Miller and Holden

I love how much you love this show! It really has become my favorite of all time. The writers of the books have clearly said they will stop after book 9 and will not let the story drag on beyond its conclusion. It sounds like you are a fan of that approach! Not sure what magic Belinda worked on you but I am super glad that she did! And yes, this was the episode we found out the show was cancelled. Those two weeks were pure hell! But by E8 the show was saved and we are eternally grateful for that AND I got to join the ranks of the Screaming Firehawks! Very proud of that!

This was the point in S3 they cancelled it lol AHHHH Can't wait for the rest of this season! I'm still bitter AF over Cotyar! His story was different in the books, he was a pretty unimportant character but this series is so good at taking book characters and expanding their story's. It turns out the writers room was 50/50, half yes, half no on killing him in this ep...so the showrunner made the final call on it and we lost Cotyar. Writers room said it was honestly the hardest call they have made on the show. Now when you watch S3 ep1, the scene of Avasarala and him saying goodbye at the razorback airlock it's even more heartbreaking...you can see they both knew it was goodbye. "This is Amos. He's my best friend in the whole world" my cold cold heart melted! Amos's saving Prax's soul was so pure, it was everything! #TeamAmos forever!
