2020-04-16 22:50:57 +0000 UTCWhat I really like most about this film is how different it is, Iβve never quite seen a movie like it before and I love how it flips expectations having pretty much the climax of the film happen in the first half but still manages to show the aftermath and have it be just as engaging. The ending always makes me cry π The child actor honestly is really amazing in this film and a lot of it rests on his shoulders and he carries it so well. Also little fun fact he got some award nods for his roll in this film. Dealing with this subject matter is really tough but I think they manage it with respect while not shying away from what it can do to someone. It really makes you feel lucky for what you do have. Great reaction I was super curious to see when someone who knows nothing about the film picks up on the situation they are in because I kinda knew the premise going in when I first watched it so this was amazing! Also that interviewer just triggers me so much! π
