also Anne still has a couple of moments where she loses her temper or she doesn't think before saying something - but overall she has definitely matured a lot more and more empathetic and understanding and I think as a character this season was definitely her best! :)

2020-04-30 21:46:44 +0000 UTCI'm so excited for season 3! Like Jodie said, it's been two years since the last episode. They have all grown up quite a bit, Like you said, a lot of the people look a lot older. I don't know if you saw it this episode, but I swear the actor for Jerry grew a few feet in between seasons. He's as tall as Matthew. And I agree with what you said about Anne, she's definitely still Anne, but she's a little more grounded. Also, you should know 16 was that time's 18, so they are all moving out at the end of the year onto college. I think that contributes to Marilla's worry of losing Anne, that she's going to be leaving soon anyways.
