I can understand that many people like Skam France, it's just not my cup of tea. It's a bit too much drama for me and I kinda missed the naturalness of the OG. My favorite remake is Druck so I'd be very glad to see your reactions to it. They did some changes but still kept the feeling of Skam. For me it's the most natural and pure one :-)

2020-07-17 15:58:55 +0000 UTCIm someone who really likes most of the remakes ive watched, Like the comment above Iโm so happy your thinking about doing DRUCK. I to have some issues with SKAM France and a lot of that comes down to its feel. I find it to be almost borderline soap opera at times especially in its later seasons like 4, 5 and 6, I still really enjoy it. I personally really like DRUCK the most. I think it captures that realism of the original really well also some of the story and personality of the characters are quite different from the original which I really like.

Season 1 bloopers are good because you get to see a bit of how Julie helps the actors develop their characters and what she is trying to get out of them during the scenes. They were all basically learning how to act on set since they were not experienced actors. And of course season 3 bloopers, because - Isak and Even.๐ The part with Magnus and Vilde is just them improvising. There were lots of places where the script just says the actors improvise something about X. I think she tried to get them to stay in character all the time in case they came up with anything she could use. Iโm glad you are leaning toward Druck. I get why a lot of people love Skam France, but to me itโs just a prettier version of an American teen drama. It just doesnโt give the same sense of realism as the original. Really, for me none of the remakes are as good, but at least Druck gets close. And there are some interesting changes from the original. I could go off on all my issues w Skam France, but I donโt want to pick any fights here!
