The Mistborn novels are indeed good books! Great magic system and the Inquisitors are some of the more terrifying bad guys out there. This is a fun heist episode, but the real stakes are, as usual, all of the character moments. John and Dargo having their friendship tested. The escalating problems with the neural chip. Everyone having to trust a clearly unstable Stark. John's growing fears that he is going to lose his mind. That big confrontation with Scorpius (Ben's acting in that scene is so good) at the end. How many stories have the hero "winning" by slowly dragging themselves across the ground to escape the villain? John using a deeply ingrained familiar song (the US national anthem) to drown out the Scorpius in his head as he wills himself to crawl away is such a great moment. More craziness on its way! Can't wait for next week. :)
