Letβs get it. Hereβs everything you need to know:
β Daily Rules (complete all 5 every day):
1. 8,000 steps a day β Indoors, outdoors, treadmill, walking in circles β just hit 8,000.
2. 45 mins of movement β Walk, yoga, strength training, boxing, running β whatever works for you. It must be one uninterrupted 45-minute session of focused movement. Your steps can count toward this, as long as itβs intentional exercise, not just walking around throughout the day.
3. Drink 3L of water β Hydrate like your results depend on it (because they do).
4. Pick a diet & stick to it β No crash diets here. Choose something sustainable and aligned with your goals β cutting processed sugar, dairy-free, whole foods, 80/20, Mediterranean, no energy drinks (@jamesduncan π ) etc. Do your research and pick one that aligns with you and commit for the full challenge β no switching halfway.
5. Go outside for 10 mins β Weβre touching grass daily. Walk, meditate, read, or just chill β bonus points if youβre off your phone.
6. Weekly Challenge: Every Saturday by 3PM, weβll post a new challenge on our Instagram story. Youβll have until the following Saturday (3PM sharp) to complete it. Theyβll vary week to week, but all will be doable at home or outdoors.
