2022-09-12 22:47:18 +0000 UTCAnother 2 enjoyable episodes. My highlights were definitely the Mom meeting Barney and giving him the serious talk that he needed to hear. It is sad for Ted though, knowing he believed he had time when in truth it was already too late because Barney started his last play that night. Even if I never shipped Ted and Robin, I can't help feeling sad for Ted in that moment... Second episode was a bit nuts ππ but did you recognise the Barry White style cover of the Bang Bang song ? This will never stop being funny to me. Also, I always enjoy good musical numbers (no matter how silly they can be) so that was fun too. The end with James being in the elevator with the parents πππ Marshall being so shocked by the speech given by Daphnee's daughter ππ great way to end this storyline. I enjoyed Daphnee as a character, she was a fun road companion for Marshall.
