Absolutely agree with you on that. Michael Schur had to use all of his saved credit from The Office and Brooklyn 99 to get NBC to produce this. Netflix is ridiculous. I can't stand that they weren't willing to give the writers of Cobra Kai the freedom they wanted when starting the show,, but now they try to claim that it's their show. And when they do actually start a show they never finish it.

2023-06-03 12:48:37 +0000 UTCJust for the record, this is not a Netflix show. I really don't like that they slap "Netflix Original" on shows they just acquired. The Good Place was produced for NBC, Netflix just got streaming rights for the time being but they don't own the show and had nothing to do with producing it.

2023-03-27 20:27:14 +0000 UTCIf you pay attention at the beginning, the title of the episode is chapter 2, which is a good indication that this show has a an overall arc. Janet is definitely one of my favourite character 😁 I also love Chidi. I love your reaction to Janyu helping Michael, that was funny. The show is a lot of fun to watch but for me it's definitely the characters that make it so good.
