I was thinking to have dead smushed tinies smeared on her soles (and floor if you doing background too) with little transparent ghosts oozing off of them. The other two are dirty sweaty smelly variant of this as a second suggestion and if possible, this same variant with more of a gloomy shading like you did from your past halloween or Jack the Ripper one. Where her eyes and ghosts are more popped out and glowing visually as a third suggestion. If you can't do the third one with dirty sweaty and smelly then clean is fine, or do both to satisfy everyone's taste. ^^
