Her real identity is Pena'Caulitha T'cohta. She has traveled to earth from her home planet of Athea.
She is studying various things, including humans. It is safe to say, she gets a little personally involved with her subjects. In fact, she becomes determined to study the human(s) up close and in depth, as one of them. One in particular. Ron Stoppable.
I hope you like this one. It has been a while since I drew her last in her alien form.

Think in part, he could release her own pheromones to some degree like having people be drawn towards her to staying away. It would make things a bit more interesting when she's trying to work out her studies.
