I hope you like Ann’s new witch costume ;) She has made some alterations to it‘s design since she last wore it (on the show).

No she is very much too young to be friends with Jim and Tim. At this stage of the story, Jim and Tim would be reaching 13, and that girl is maybe 6 or 7. I just wanted a reason for mr. Douglas to go over to the house where Ann lives and watch her in her Halloween costume. The man is obsessed with her. So I gave him a grandchild.

Kind of a hassle to go into detail with every minor background character, I would refrain from naming 'em because now I'm curious about the girl and her possible relationships with the many characters in rsahnp.
