A question…

So I am slowly building up my steam to ink and color the sketch pages already posted and make even more sketch pages.
But the question I have for you is something I am struggling with.
As I love the Yule-tide-holiday it’s gonna be a strange one this year, because my brother is out of the country studying in Canada. He is probably the only one gonna get a white Christmas. Here in Denmark it’s every tenth year or so, and GW doesn‘t improve our chances… yet…
I love drawing funny stuff connected with the Yule-tide. But I am a little conflicted about beginning already. Although we are already well into November I have always thought it a bit early to decorate and I absolutely HATE the commercial part of this season - all the adds and the puns, all the poor excuses for shopping for presents. Fortunately - or unfortunately depending on your viewpoint, the fallout of the pandemic has a lot of companies struggling meeting demands for the shoppers. We have been told here in my country that if you want to buy tech presents buy them in good time.
Sorry for the novel - here is the question.
Is it too early for me to draw funny holiday stuff?
I do enjoy it, it’s just if you guys are getting your fill of it already I could be persuaded to alter the focus a bit. I usually just draw what comes to mind and what I want to, but given the amount of Christmas and holiday adds I get bombarded with constantly… let’s say I can understand if it’s too much for ya, if I also start posting it through the rest of November.

2021-11-11 18:00:46 +0000 UTCIn my opinion, you should delay joining the Christmas wave as much as possible 😅 I would probably start at around 10.12, that gives enough time to focus on the holiday but not overload it.
